I was on my school's website when I came across a competition.  The competition is for students to develop a business.  I already have dreams of owning a shoe store but I came up with a business that my community needs that isn't a shoe store.  i'm going to develop this business and see what I can make of it.  This competition has sparked me and I haven't even entered yet.  If I win I will be thrilled but if I don't even place this business idea will still be realized.  I'm too excited!  I'm going to try and blog my progress.

Even though things at my workplace aren't the greatest I find all the positivity I need in the fact that I'm not stuck there.  I'm working hard to reach my goals of an early graduation from college.  I went to see my counselor and the progress I can pontentially make is great.  It's going to take some sacrifice but I am ready to take it on with no complaints.

so i try my hardest to live by the golden rule, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." at times i am a tragic failure.  i believe that it is human nature that gets the best of me. im sure i am not the only one who "does unto others as the do unto you" (if ur out there drop a line, i want to know im not the only one working to fix this flaw)  the kicker is i even fail with this philosophy because there are some levels I can't stoop to. I can return positive energies ALL DAY. If you are kind to me I can easily become your best friend, if throw negative vibes at me I would rather keep my distance than return the negativity. If only i could be kinder despite how I am treated....  Maybe a bit a positivity can turn the page.  Next time someone is mean to you go against human nature and throw out a positive nugget!
